One of the components of the BEEC which will be mandatory after the end of transitional period is BEEC Energy Efficiency Guidance. The material is a general guidance document designed to inform the potential tenants or customers of commercial buildings about the common energy efficiency opportunities in a commercial office development.
At present no details of the BEEC Energy Efficiency Guidance is know to the public but it can be anticipated that the material will be released with the details of national accreditation requirements for CBD Assessors.
